When will my order ship? All orders are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
What is your return policy? We want every child to be delighted. If a toy isn't the right fit for your home, we accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
What if a toy arrives damaged? Quality is our priority. If an item arrives with any defect, please email us at info@eliteepoch.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
